Symptom of uti with negative culture
Hello,
My mother is 62 years old and diabetic. I have tested her in path lab for uti infection and detected positive pus cell in range of 10-15 but her urine culture is showing negative for any presence of bacteria. Few years back her bladder has also been removed in a surgery. So what could be the reason of negative culture and pus cell of 10-15.

Did u give her antibiotics before or after giving the urine sample for culture?
