Hi there, I see there is stiffness of finger. Post traumatic stiffness is a common problem due to improper physiotherapy post fracture management. Please upload the xrays and am afraid there is very little chance for any further improvement in movement but will need to check him in person and evaluate the exact range of movement and the plan of management depends on the expectations and needs of the patient and his activity
