Hi, Can anyone tell me what is this? I just saw it today while examining my mouth and was concerned about it.

Hi, As opined earlier, it's the opening of parotid duct. It's there in everyone. If there is no pain or pus discharge from it don't worry at all. However if above symptoms are there pl consult.

This is your parotid duct opening.. Do you have pain on left side of face ?any swelling over left side of face and over parotid region? What about fever?
