Your right eye lid is ok but your left eye lid is swollen. It seems to be a insect bites.please do cold compresses and take tab cetrizine 10mg twice daily rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids. If there is any discharge then you can put some antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin .
