My tonsils are swollen to a point in which it makes swollening hard. This is accompanied by a headache, tiredness, and body aches as well as a loss of appetite. I have had mono before, so I don’t think it’s that.

Usually tonsillar swelling not associated with pain and fever is not the cause for difficulty in swallowing and loss of appetite. You may be having post viral symptoms which eventually resolve over time. Just for enlarged tonsils no treatment is required
