Swollen Testicles (Testicular Swelling)

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have been swelling in one testicle from last 6-7 days. I have feeling just lite pain when I touch of it. As I am married person. I am not able to understand what to do. Kindly suggest is it ll effect my sexual life of or is it a dangerous decease.
