Swollen,redness,snatching and pain

Hi,i hav been suffer from body part swollen,redness and snatching together with pain since last year october,it started recover after taking medication such as antibiotics bt once stop taking it come again with other part of body.may i ask is tt possible to be arthritis bt it accompany with snatching will it be allergy problems?
