Swollen rash on arm

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've had this swollen rash on my arm that has become more prominent and inflamed over the last 3-4 days. I returned to the country 2 days ago from the Chilean desert, which is where I believe I may have been scratched by something and had an allergic reaction to it. I went to an urgentcare yesterday and the doctor is treating it as fungal infection
