Swollen of left side scrotum
My son is 5years old.suddenly we noticed that left side of his scrotum has swollen .It looks like an egg and a little hard or tighten but it has no pain and no abnormality of passing urine.Noted that,He had a history of impalpable undescended testis at right side but it has been successfully operated at his age of 11 months. Now I wanted to know is there any way to get rid out of it without surgery? please advice me.thanks.
