Swollen of left side scrotum
My son is 5years old.suddenly we noticed that left side of his scrotum has swollen .It looks like an egg and a little hard or tighten but it has no pain and no abnormality of passing urine.Noted that,He had a history of impalpable undescended testis at right side but it has been successfully operated at his age of 11 months.Now I wanted to know is there any way to get rid out of it without surgery? please advice me.thanks.

If you share photos of swelling. And need sonography reports of abdomen and scortum then I can do proper diagnosis.
