Swollen nodes, hands
I have a sinus infection and a swollen lymph node in the right submandibular region. The node is painless and moveable, however, when I woke up in the middle of the night my hands felt tight and swollen. What is going on? I'm significantly worried.

this is respiratory tract infection and you would need medicines for the same . These are swollen lymph nodes
