What does it mean when fnac report says features of reactive lymphadenitis in background of rbc's. It is persistent for 5 months. What are the chances that it is malignant?

Go for lymph node biopsy. See other areas especially axillary and groin region for any lymph node enlargement . More chances of tubercular lymphadenitis.
