Swollen lymph nodes

Asked for Male, 17 Years

This is pic of my swollen lymph nodes which is there for six months. It is hard, moveable and tender. Fnac report said no atypical cells seen and non specific reactive lymphadenitis. Can it be malignant. I had no other symptoms and no family history.
