Swollen lymph node on neck

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hello, I have a swollen lymph node on left side of the neck behind ear from last 6 months and its not reduced and also its not growing. I got my blood tests and usg done and the report says "NON SPECIFIC REACTIVE CERVICAL LMYPH NODES". Attaching the report as well.. i have dandruff on my head and i dont smoke. Doc suggested to go for FNAC BUt i am bit worried. Please let me know if this a worrisome problem? I am bit scared.. Thanks

How big is the lymph node behind your ear?Do you have any infection in the ear ? What's the extent of dandruff you have in your scalp ? If you find excess dandruff on your hairs and scalp , get treated from dermatologist. May be your lymph node behind your ear might disappear too with that .
