Swollen lips
My son is 10 year old and suddenly after lunch he got his upper lip swollen. Not sure if any insect bit him or allergy. He was alright but within a sec his lips swollen badly. Would it subside or need medication.

Use syp. Levocitrazine. As weight is not mentioned so plz adjust dose
