Swollen like structure issue

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, I have an extra swollen like skin between anus and vagina in perineum Area. I am breastfeeding Mother, had my first Delivery last year February. I have a sitting Discomfort Since my delivery Time. I do not have contact with my husband after child birth. May i know is this due to abnormal Stitching Of episiotomy stitching? Also i have attached the image. Please response.
