My lower legs are swollen and warm and tender to touch wat could it be I also have we red lumps all over my inner arms and on front and back of legd

hi ! the symptoms you have mentioned could be CELLULITIS, it is a bacterial infection esp affecting legs, but can affect any part of the body with swelling of parts, reddish patch or rash like on affected parts.
