  4. Swollen foreskin. Foreskin loose again!

Swollen foreskin
Past 2 months I have swollen foreskin and unable to pull back. Also sometimes cut marks appear on the foreskin. No problem in urinating or pain as such. Please specify some remedy or medicine. Also how to get my foreskin loose again
