Swollen ear

I've pierced me ear on Monday and it's paining which I think usually happens after piercing but it's swollen a little bit and a little redness is also there...Is it some kind of infection or is it something serious. I'm confused what to do, the guy who pierced told to not remove the piercing for 1 week.

plz use tab augmentin 625mg twice daily for 1 week and tab zerodol -sp daily once for 5 days , tab pan 40mg before breakfast for 7 days and T-bact oint over the piercing site twice daily for 5 days ..... no need to worry sir
