I had three swollen lymph nodes that get down after taking antibiotic but not fully... From last three days I have ear pain and sore throat doctor gave me paracetamol aceflonac tablet but it is not usefill

Tab Gudcef Cv morning and evening AND TAB zerodol P morning and evening And warm saline gargles thrice daily
