Swollen bumps between two thighs

Hi Dr I am seeing swollen bumps between the two thighs of my legs. In the area which gets rubs while walking. I frequently see this problem. This time i see a couple of them raise at a time. They paining when i touch or walk. What is the reason for this. How to treat them.

Nothing to worry it can be cured only thing is you have to talk If not please try to consult any lady gynecologist or lady general physician and go through the clinical examination and get the treatment.
