When I woke up this morning, I realized that it is swollen just below the right ear, causing my cheeks to puff out.
I'm not hurt. My mouth is hard to open and I have trouble chewing. However, gulping is not a problem.
I have no fever, headache, dental problems, or throat problems.
Can you please suggest to get some relief ?
Can I gurgle (betadine) to get some quick relief? Can I apply a hot compress to the swollen area to ease pain?

You can gargle. You can also apply hot compress. If it doesn't subside go for ent doctor. Or you can take online consultation with me for proper management
