Swollen ankle, foot pain, no injury.
6 days ago the bottom of my foot started hurting when I walk and ankle is tender to touch. 4 days ago I noticed my ankle was swollen and it still is (not extreme). It’s mild in the morning and gets worse as the day goes on and about triples by the days end. The pain is getting worse every day but it’s still bearable. By the end of the day I also notice slight bruising that isn’t there in the morning. I have not injured myself. It’s on the left side only. Should I go to the doctor or ride it out?
