Switching paroxetine to sertraline
I have taken appointment with psychiatrist today and he changed the medication from paroxetine 12.5 mg to sertraline 50 mg... I have taken paroxetine 12.5 mg in morning can i start taking sertraline 50 mg in night on same day...please help

Yea u can start
But start with 25mg of sertraline and after 4-5 days increase it to 50mg so that u won’t feel any side effects
