Swelling with near testicle on leg joint

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have swelling on my left leg near testicle. Earlier had fungus infection in the joint part of legs. I used itch guard for sometime, but didn't work properly as expected to get rid of itches. Meanwhile I got kind of knot in that area of left leg. But that was small. Later, I used dermikem OC cream and it worked better than Itch guard. But today I see that knot has become large and some swelling is there. So, I can't walk even properly and having serious issue as it's paining too now. !! Please, help me out regarding this asap. Thanks a lot in advance.
