Swelling underarm with soft tissue
Considering my history of a benign breast fibroadenoma diagnosed six years ago in both breast, which caused intermittent pain and was managed without medication, and my subsequent inability to produce breast milk after giving birth in 2021, I have found recent firm, soft swelling and burning sensation in my right armpit and breast, accompanied by fatigue, be related to a recurrence of the fibroadenoma, an inflammatory process, or another underlying condition?

You may run basic blood reports like CBC, ESR to evaluate if there is an inflammation/infection in the body. Also USG of axilla/breast is highly recommended here (given you already have a history of Fibroadenoma of both breast). Fibroadenomas are very well managed by Homoeopathic treatment. Please consult online for detailed case-taking and personalized homeopathic prescription.

*Fibroadenoma* is a common benign breast tumor, and its exact cause is not fully understood. However, it's thought to be related to: - *Hormonal influences*: Estrogen may play a role in the development of fibroadenomas. - *Genetic factors*: Some women may be more prone to developing fibroadenomas due to genetic predisposition. Fibroadenomas are typically harmless and often found in younger women. A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance Or click on the calling option over my profile on Practo

Your present swelling and burning may not always be a recurrence of fibroadenoma — it could also be inflammatory or glandular in nature. In homeopathy, we individualize the prescription after a detailed case study, which helps in managing such swellings, pain, and preventing recurrence. A personalized consultation will help select the right remedy for you.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your detailed history with me. I understand how concerning it must feel to notice swelling, burning sensations, and fatigue, especially with your background of fibroadenoma and past breastfeeding challenges. Please know you are not alone in this many women experience similar breast and underarm changes, and timely care can make a significant difference. While fibroadenomas are usually benign, the symptoms you describe may also point toward other possibilities such as an inflammatory process, lymphatic congestion, or hormonal imbalance. It’s important not to ignore these changes and to seek a thorough evaluation so we can address both the root cause and your overall well-being. In homeopathy, we take a holistic approach looking at your personal history, hormonal balance, immunity, and emotional health to provide individualized treatment. Many women with breast-related concerns, including pain, fibroadenomas, and post-pregnancy challenges, have found long-term relief with a customized plan. I would encourage you to book a consultation with me so that we can start your treatment journey and work together towards restoring your health and comfort. Warm regards, Dr. Jyoti Kadkol www.healthglobalclinics.com Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic
