SWELLING UNDER RIGHT JAW
I have a swelling under jaw for 3 yesrs.It doesn't pain and my mouth gets dry and foul smell.I have taken Antibiotics long time but no improvement.The size been same for 3 years

Hi...based on your history...it could be a submandibular salivary gland swelling....but to be sure you need to get a USG neck!

Hello It's since 3 years so u must have undergone investigations. Better u put sonography or FNAC report for us to comment.

Looks like a salivary gland pathology. Please get an USG/CT Neck and a FNAC of the swelling.  And consult online with the reports.
