Swelling and pain
Since a long time now, the right side of my face swells sometimes and also it pains in the lower jaw.
Also after chewing hard stuff my face swells up and tension builds. It goes away after a while.
And sometimes my peripheral right side feels kind of dull and lifeless.
My quality of life has decreased a lot

Hello . by seeing at your complaint it could be due to any infection in third molar area . swelling after food is typical sign of salivary gland duct blockage. All has to be confirmed by X ray .

hello der swelling and pain may be related to improper functioning of tempero mandibular joint and muscles associated with it
and numbness due to facial nerve and trigeminal nerve involvement
contact physician and ent specialist.
