Swelling pain in teres muscle

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I feel like I have a swelling near the left side teres muscle.. I can't spot the swelling when I examine it in the mirror. I feel there's swelling inside. I have an uneasy stinging pain like feeling from the teres muscle upwards till my shoulder. I'm confused what might be causing this upward stinging feeling.
