Swelling over forearm
I lifted weights more than normal.I can see small swelling over my forearm.Is it normal? Will it recover over a week without medicine? Do I have to go for any medication ?

Hi.. Don't worry about your swelling in your forearm..it is a normal response for straining the muscle... I suggest you to kindly do lot of icing ...once in every 2 hours...for 15 mins Take rest...not to lift any weights.. If you feel lot if pain then you can go for Anti inflammatories..otherwise this should get settled with normal icing... Hope this is helpful for you Revert back in case you need further clarification..
