Swelling on left side of breast n below.. Twinging pain sometimes and feel tired.Is it the spleen or something else

There can be a number of causes pertaining to such swelling.  it can be infection or it can also be muscle pull. I would advise you to take tablet zerodol SP 1 Tablet 2 times a day for 5 days and tablet Pantocid 40 mg 1 tablet once daily empty stomach for 5 days. If problem persists even after this then consulta Gastroenterologist.
Next Steps
if there is the redness in that area then get an ultrasound abdomen done along with the breast mammography.
