Is swelling on beside the ankle on both sides of the feet when fingers of feet are lifted normal?

do you have any other symptoms apart from swelling?
there can be a lot of causes for swelling including fatigue, trauma etc.
so you will have to give a full history.
kindly repost the question with details and a picture of it if possible.
