Swelling of left hand palm

Asked for Male, 65 Years

Sir, I am a diabetic patient with CKD (Createnine - 2.1). My left hand palm has swollen and i am unable to bend my middle two fingers. This has been like this for last two months. Kindly advise what i should do.
