My foot got twisted and fem then there is swelling and pain near the ankle it's been 7 days of icing but no use.

7 days is a significant amount of time for a simple ankle sprain to not resolve.

Get xrays of your ankle (ap and latetal views) along with those of your foot (ap and oblique views)...
