GOOD MORNING PAIN AND SWELLING MUST BE DUE TO INFLAMMATION AROUND LOWER RIB MUSCLES , PL AVOID TAKING ORAL PAIN KILLER INITIALLY AND START HOT SALINE FOMENTATION FOR 10 MIN F/B APPLYING LOCAL PAIN KILLER GEL ,IF STILL PROBLEM PERSIST THEN BETTER TO SHOW TO YOUR DOCTOR
