Hi Sir, I have seeing some swelling in left side of the neck from last 15-20 days. I have done FNAC test and USG neck. Can you please guide me if anything serious. I have attached the report

You seem to be having enlargement of the thyroid gland which is reported as multi nodular goitre according to ultrasound scan. Your FNAC proves it to be benign condition. You need to get thyroid function test. If it is normal then Medications won't solve your problem. Either you can wait and watch or undergo surgery. If there is decreased thyroid function then medications will reduce size of the swelling
