Swelling inside nose
I have been suffering from continuous cold and running nose from last 10 months. Skin inside my nose become red and there is hardly space left. There is one crack also in my right nostril from 6-7 months which is not healing and started paining

As per your description you might have developed allergic rhinitis.. need to rule out chronic rhinosinusitis or nasal polyp.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
