Swelling inside mouth

Asked for Male, 18 Years

A month before...I had a swelling inside my mouth in left side and within 2 weeks time it disappeared(I didn't took any treatment)...But now 2 new swelling has emerged in right side in my mouth...Kindly suggest remedy I have attached picture of same...
