Swelling in testis
From last night some swelling in my dog testis and some marks is also present ( dog health is normal only swelling is present )

I can see there is swelling and some red rashes on his scrotal skin. It may happen for a couple of reasons.

Some times Scrotal infection or swelling can increase further and will cause severe pain and Discomfort to the pet if not intervened..some times they may not even be able to get up..pls consult a veterinarian offline or online to get necessary help .
