Swelling in right eye

Hi , Since from yesterday there is little swelling in my eyes. After washing face it is ok for some time and after that again swling starts. Kindly tell me some solution for it.

Well there r a lot of causes for lid swelling ranging from decreased sleep, medications u may be taking to infections of the eyelid to allergic swelling. I cannot make a correct diagnosis without seeing u. Consult an Ophthalmologist immediately.
