Swelling in my hand
I was accident 2 years ago and did a operation on left hand put steel plate
Now swelling is there what should i do as. aquick remedy?

Has the swelling come up now or has it never reduced since the surgery?
If it's a chronic swelling and hard to feel then chances are we can't reduce it.
If the swelling has just come up then visit a physio for treatment which may include rest ice compression and some exercise.
