Swelling in Legs and Knees
Hi Doctor, I am having severe swelling in my legs when I stand for 30 mins for so, please assist. I delivered a a baby last year January and post that I have swelling in my legs.

You need to get some blood test's done. Like CBC , LFT , KFT , thyroid profile Get your blood pressure checked. Reduce your salt intake. Reduce your caffeine intake. Reduce your weight. Avoid spicy and oily food. Don't over eat. Drink plenty of water. 3 litres per day. Keep your leg elevated while lying down by keeping pillow under the leg.
