You would have suffered soft tissue injury to your leg and that is the most likely cause for the swelling. The amount of information you have given me is insufficient to tell you what rehabilitation you can do.
Which leg is affected, what was the accident and where is the swelling?
You will need to rest it for a good few days to help the swelling settle down. Using painkillers and also using ice compression will help.
