Swelling in leg
First pain in feb. 2020 in my left leg below my knee and now swelling  has increased .Mri report- 1.STIR hyperintensity seen within muscles nd myofascial plane along medial nd anterior aspect kf left leg 2.Multiple varicosities seen along great ssphenous nd short saphenous vein terrotories in field of view 3.visualized bones appesr normal in MR motphology 4.No abnormal marrow signal intensity seen PLEASE - suggest something best option as i have taken various kind of antibiotic,pain killer, And now i m tired of this
