Swelling in Hands
Fingers in right hand are not able to completely form a fist since a week due to swelling. Similar problems are starting in the left hand since today. We assumed its because of increased workload of household. But because of old age, it is becoming a concern.

Overuse of your muscles and thus they have become tight. Whenever there is a period of inactivity, overnight sleep, then they create this problem.
