Ok Sr whenever there is pain in treated teeth it is advisable to verify it through examination , and move on to the next possible step to save the next teeth

As far as I understand, you mean to say that you got some treatment of your front teeth on which capping was done and now you have a swelling with it. Please visit a dentist to get a check up. Swelling usually arises when there is an infection. So please get xray done and the dentist would advise you the best treatment possible. Because it's impossible to say anything without having a look at it. Hope this helps.
