Swelling in Foot
She had an minor accident 20 days which led to small injuries and a kind of sprain in one of the foot which swells up after little bit of walking itself and relaxes and contracts gradually when at rest. Injuries of the foot haven't healed yet along with severe pain in the foot. Please suggest

Hello,
I understand your feeling and also your concern towards her.
But I would like to tell you if the pain is unbearable just take her to a orthopedic once mire so that he may examine her for the pain and treat her accordingly. And more over the pain wwould persist for 10-15 days by The swelling parishes in a week or so. Apply hot pack for 20 mins and that has to be done for 4 times a day.
