  4. Swelling in feet. Yes what i need to do?

Swelling in feet
Hello doc's... My baby is 3 months old ... Today i felt she has swelling in feet...i am.not sure whether her feet are like that or they are swollen. .attached here is pic of the same ...kindly confirm are my baby's feet swollen... And if yes what i need to do??? Is there any need to worry...i am so much worried...plzz doc's help me out ...
