Swelling at genital part
Hi Doctor
Noticed small swelling at genital part(penis) for 4months old baby. Baby's activity is normal. Please suggest is this any problem.

The bluish color looks abnormal but at the moment only observation is needed . You could apply Atarax lotion if there is itching . But I noticed that your child is wearing beads which can be so dangerous as a source of infection and foreign body for babies who play with him . Please remove this immediately and protect children from such accidents due to household mistakes .
