Hi friend, From the limited information provided by you, it seems that you have a parotid swelling. That is a salivary gland located below and in front of the pinnae. If it is a slowly growing mass, then there is chance that the swelling might be a benign condition like pleomorphic adenoma. It is better to consult an otolaryngologist in person and do the examination and necessary investigation s for confirmation of the diagnosis.
Next Steps
You can either go for a USG- right parotid and submandibular region. or you can consult an otolaryngologist in person which is always better to do before investigation.
Health Tips
if there is pain or sudden increase in size of the swelling, consult immediately.
