Swelling and pain in tooth
I have swelling and pain in my inner most tooth. No cavities. That tooth is tilted outwards. Please suggest the treatment and remadies.

Dear practo user According to the symptoms you presented, it mostly looks you are talking about third molar. Usually, impaction if 3rd molar causes pericoronitis and pain. Best to get the tooth removed.

Mostly has not come in normal manner,  impacted. Get Xray done and visit dentist. When wisdom tooth comes out in wrong direction and creates such difficulties, the treatment of choice is most likely extraction.
